Does Your Tree Need To Come Down?
Whenever you’re concerned about a tree on your property, it is important to get an expert opinion. Sometimes ailing trees can’t be saved and must be taken down for your safety – but in other cases trees which look like they are struggling simply need a little extra care.
When you work with Sox & Freeman you’ll receive expert advice from our ISA-certified arborists on whether or not your tree needs to go, and if so, we will take it down without impacting your property. If your tree is safe to remain standing, our arborists may make recommendations for plant health care, pruning, or cable and bracing solutions.

What To Expect From Our Tree Removal Service

On-site Consultation
Each tree removal begins with a thorough assessment of the tree where we will determine if removal is the only safe option available. If the tree needs to be taken down, your arborist will provide you with a plan of action for safely removing the problem tree.

Site Preparation and Tree Removal
We will assist you in preparing your property for the tree cutting process, ensuring that all necessary steps have been taken to protect your home and landscaping. Depending on the size and type of tree we use a variety of different tools and methods for tree removal.

Post-Tree Removal Cleanup
The job doesn’t stop just because your tree is no longer standing. When you choose Sox & Freeman nothing will be left behind for you to deal with – no piles of limbs or mounds of mulch! Your yard will be left as we found it!

I recently had them take down a sweet gum tree in my back yard. I was concerned that they would tear up the lawn in the process of getting the pieces removed. It turned out that they were super careful and had all the right equipment to remove every trace of the tree without any damage.

Just want to let Brent and the crew from Sox and Freeman who removed five pine trees from our yard know how very pleased we are with the job done. From the very first contact to secure an estimate to the final clean up of our yard, every phase of the job was handled with the utmost professionalism. The communication was great. We knew each step of the way what was to be done and how long it would take. These guys know their business. Very efficient, safety conscious, professional, and courteous. You won’t go wrong if you hire Sox and Freeman.

I can highly recommend Sox and Freeman Tree Service for any type of tree removal job. We had to have a 90+ yr. old oak that was about 70ft. tall taken down. William and his entire crew did an amazing job of taking the tree down without damaging anything in the yard! A small power line issue was handled promptly by Nick and resolved to our complete satisfaction. Expertly handled from the beginning to the end of the job! Well Done!!
